The WVC Premium Pass is a new registration offering that provides everything that a standard WVC Annual Conference registration includes plus exclusive access to the WVC Hospitality Lounge, breakfast/lunch and coffee in the WVC Hospitality Lounge, networking opportunities with WVC speakers and Viticus Group Board of Directors, exclusive invitation to the President’s Reception at Four Seasons Hotel, priority seating at education sessions and special events, additional drink tickets at events with bar offerings and upscale hotel accommodations at Delano Las Vegas.

The WVC Premium Pass was created to provide an elevated guest experience option that includes upscale hotel accommodations, access to breakfast, lunch and coffee, exclusive experiences and more.

All benefits associated with a Premium Pass are canceled including hotel accommodations. Should participants who refund their Premium Pass and later decide to attend WVC, they must purchase a new registration, Premium Pass or otherwise.

Upon Premium Pass registration, Viticus Group will handle hotel reservations for each Premium Pass participant and each participant will receive an individual confirmation number. Hotel accommodations included are based on double occupancy and only at Delano Las Vegas with check-in on Saturday, March 1, 2025 and check-out on Wednesday, March 5, 2025; additional hotel nights are at the expense and arrangement of Premium Pass participant; no exceptions. A credit card will need to be provided during check-in for any incidental charges and additional nights. Premium Pass quantities are available for a limited time in a limited quantity; end date to be determined at Viticus Group discretion.

Premium Passes must be purchased individually through an individual MyViticus account.

Each Premium Pass participant will be assigned a hotel room regardless of utilization.

Yes. Without your badge, you will be denied the benefits that your Premium Pass provides.

No, you must be present to pick up your own conference materials.

You must be wearing your WVC Premium Pass badge to access your meals and coffee. They are provided in the WVC Hospitality Lounge on Level 2 of Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Room Lagoon F. Breakfast is provided from 6:30 to 9:00a and lunch is provided from 11:30a to 2:00p.

The WVC President’s Reception is an annual, invitation-only prestigious event hosted by the Viticus Group Board President. It is typically on Monday evening located at the Four Seasons Hotel and is an exclusive event for Viticus Group VIPs and now, for the first-time ever, WVC Premium Pass participants. Business formal or cocktail attire recommended.

Premium Pass participants will have a different colored lanyard for their badge and must be wearing their badge at all times when attending any WVC-related events, sessions and/or labs.

Each education session will have a limited amount of seats reserved at the front and center for WVC Premium Pass participants. Priority seating will be reserved for WVC Premium Pass participants until the start time of each session or event; if there are any priority seats empty at session or event start time, those seats will be release to general participants and are no longer reserved for Premium Pass participants. Premium Pass participants must be wearing their badge at all times when attending any WVC-related events, sessions and/or labs.
